Deposit

You are required to pay a $50 non-refundable deposit fee to book any treatment. On the day of your booked appointment, this deposit will go towards the final payment of the treatment.

Late Fee/Cancellations

​

If you fail to confirm your appointment via text confirmation, email confirmation, or phone call at least 24 hours before your appointment, we reserve the right to cancel and charge a $50 fee, which will be deducted from your initial deposit on file.

A client with three cancellations in a row risks being terminated from our practice.

No Show

​

A "No Show" fee of $50 will be charged if the client fails to show for an appointment. This fee cannot be put towards a future service and will be deducted from your initial deposit on file at the missed appointment date and time.

Multiple "No Shows" in any 12-month period will result in termination from our practice.

Return & Shipping Policy

​

All products purchased in-store or online directly from KG Bare Skin are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

Due to the nature of skincare products and for health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on skincare products.

Shipping & Delivery

KG Bare Skin is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please file a claim directly with the carrier.

KG Bare Skin is not responsible for reshipping orders submitted with an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, including missing apartment, suite, or unit numbers. Please carefully review your shipping information before completing your purchase.

KG Bare Skin is unable to redeliver orders to addresses with a history of lost packages or unsuccessful deliveries.
